I find it good for to have more then 8 players on MP, and 12 sounds ok, but is the limit of what is doable.
The problem with such games is that a player can easely drop out, if you first manage to gather 12 players on your map.

I want to know if someone already managed to play and finish an 8 player game on Warzone without someone dropping out ?

yes i got a few 4v4 games without a drop. but its a problem yes... the network must be more stable for 12.
