Personally, i tried and I prefer this old Gedit.

Here is my statistics
about 66% for the campaign
almost 100% for the Console messages
almost 100% for the keys names (key mapping)
about 80% for the menus (Some Debugs and multiplayer words aren't famillar to me)

I dont have any file to upload now, I just come on the forum.
In a few day, I'll have more time to help more "actively" (with upload so).
"AWAY TEAM UPDATE" = Rapport de l' équipe|escouade d'intervention.
"... SECTOR MISSION" =  Intervention|Opération d'intervention dans le secteur...
The eq. of TASKFORCE in french army is "OPEX" (Opération Extérieure), but I mean "Intervention" better.
"Tutoriel" is the exact translation, "tutorial" is accepted as an anglissime, like "email".
But "entrainement" is more common. Good option.

on entre dans l'interprétation là.
"Fouiller" est bien plus approprié, militairement, et renvoie parfaitement au background post-apocalyptique du jeu.
Le mini-rocket pod est l'espèce de petit lanceur à (6-8) fûts rotatifs, cadence très rapide.
