V-Tol bug truck is not possible anymore. It cannot be added as a template.
You have to modify the sourcecode to get it to work.
The reason why it's removed is because it's considered unfair cheating.

Like I said it's cheating that's why it is removed in 2.3.0
If you want ask someone to show you how to implement it in the current source code
