I can understand why this is locked, but why stickied? And why in Ideas/suggestions? It belongs in Showcase (or Modding, since it was never released).

meh.
It is a overall idea, is it not? Since there is no actual mod, then it isn't a mod, and Showcase is only for completed stuff...
That leaves this area. The reason for the sticky is for other people to get inspired from this stuff. :)

If it's to get people inspired, well, since it's to get modders inspired, it belongs in Mapping/Modding, and this I've moved it there.
