I'm presenting my first map! :)

This map is basically a modification of Merowingg's Squared, the map i play mostly, but made from scratch. And instead of another Square in the middle i have put a Ring into it. Totally awesome, changes everything. 8)

Low oil (12 per base)

I hate NTW maps. They all look the same and most of the time only minor changes are made. Of course that's on purpose... But i don't like it.

Now i played around a bit with tiles and so on... So of course my second map also is an NTW one! :lol2: BUT with bridges, a few mountains, a river and no flat ground. :lecture: Now the hatred at least changed into "I don't actually play it that often.".

What do you think? Do you find the bases to be too wide? I'm unsure myself if i like that or not. But i didn't want it to be a 10 player map for some reason i can't explain myself. :ninja: :...:

Any comment is appreciated. :)

EDIT: Please update. I have flattened the bases, because you couldn't build everywhere. Now you can (or should). :stare:

Next map already finished. :lecture: I called it Brusque because i couldn't think of a more suitable name.

It's a simple 2vs2 match, 20 oil per player and 16 oil in the middle of the map.

Played that map multiple times now... Very nice. :P

Any comment will be appreciated. :)

The idea  i now came up with is that you play together with your team mate, but can't help that good when it gets attacked by the enemy, because you got only a tiny passage to its base. :hmm: Each team mate has its own wider passage to the enemy, so everyone may attack on their own, BUT you can help your team mate if you are patient enough to get your troops through the tiny passage. :lol2:

Plus, when you beat one enemy, attacking the other through the tiny enemy passage is not that easy as they have an easy game destroying your whole troops, because only 1-2 units can go through the passage side by side.

Of course this map could have up to 10 players with that concept.

EDIT: Some cosmetic improvements. Now it doesn't look that boring anymore. :)

Hello Bonsaiheld :)

I see three new maps :) very nice :)

I think you have a lot of ideas you just have to know FlaMe better :)

Brusque and HelpMe look cool. Please try using brushes this time, it will help you a lot. Also try using some features, and structures too :3

You are on a good way :)

Mero

Hi

I like your basic idea of desertriver, but i don't like the realisation
- flatten base areal
- making more cliffs where the mountains are

:ninja:

Hey peeps :)

Just made a new little map. 20 oil per base and 8 oil in the middle. Yeah... That's it.

Still didn't use features and buildings yet... Had no ideas what to place where. :|

Also i made another variant of the map for two players. I like the idea of having multiple ways to the enemy, so you have to defend all of them to be sure. :)

Though you have only one entrance here which still makes it easy to defend your base. So one could imagine another 2 player variant with wider bases and the passages in style of the 4 player map, so every base would have two entrances. :hmm:
