Help. No artillery for 4.2.4

Hello, me and my friends play Warzone 2100 for many years. I was wondering if there's anyone who can make work old "NoArty" mod or "BP's Expanded Structure Limits" for 4.2.4 version? We really hate artillery, would really appreciate it.
