I am tired of making pads and the Allied AI using mine every game. Even if I am located in a far corner, they will fly over to all of mine and use very often, mine will wait or force me to individually land them at times. Is there any way to turn that off and each use their own or a AI type that doesn't do that? I just play by myself and always change out what I use but always use some type of air support so this kinda sucks.

To me this sounds more like an AI is failing to build an appropriate amount of VTOL pads. What AI are you seeing this happen with? The behavior with ally players using your pads is part of the micro-AI and can't be disabled.
