help with language setting

i want to change game language to chinese(zh_CN)
now i've ready:
1、change DejaVuSans.ttf/DejaVuSans-Bold.ttf in [rootdir],[Warzone 2100 3.3.0]dir and also data\base.wz\fonts(because it show errorcode in game) to simsum.ttf(windows default fonts file)
2、change options-game options-language to "汉语"(it's ready to work)
but when i restart game，its still english
need help
