There is this balancing done by illuvalar back in 3.1.
then it was removed.
where can i get the illuvalar balancing?

Hi sorry, i don't come here often. The balance I made officially, i think, was for 2.3.8 .
you can try the NRS+ mod for 2.3.9 with tons of new content that the offical release dont have if you want.
Solar panels, parks, burning lasers, condor missiles, speed labs and much more all balanced nicely.
