Get the Update Button Link Doesn't Work

I just signup the other day and I can not Log-In at all I keep on getting this ERROR when I try to log-In "The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator." Can't seem to have any enjoyment from joining your forum.
I came here to download the new update version for the game Warzone 2100 because I have very old version "ChangeLog: says it was last updated on 2016-04-10 to Version 3.1.5, also I don't if it is a 32bit or a 64bit version" of it now! I click on the update button on my browser and it went a dark grayish blur "I would send a screenshot there no option to do this here" and it stayed that way for very long time as I was waiting for the download to happen "noting happen" there was no download of the update then, I also went to https://sourceforge.net/projects/warzone2100/ to also and download it from there too, and the same thing happen there too!
I need some help or technical support with this Issue!
