Hello, I am searching for another editor for PIE files.. I've downloaded the PIE Slicer, but it isn't working. I'm using
Windows 8.1 64-bit, and I like to you say to me what more program can edit this kind of file compatible with my OS. Thank you
PS: Sorry for my english, I am studying to improve it

PIE files are essentialy text files, so even Notepad would do fine, even though I advise against it.
What are you looking for specifically? Some exporting tool?
If you can kind of use any 3D modeling program, you could export the PIE file as an .obj file via WMIT then modify it in the 3D modeling program. Then you could re-export it back as an .obj file and convert it to PIE via WMIT.

Then I can suggest downloading Blender to start working on your own 3D models.
You'll also need WMIT so that once you export your own models into .obj format, you can import them into WMIT and then export them as PIE files. If you need any help with modeling, you can usually find me and Jorzi on #warzone2100-games on freenode chat.

I use Misfit mm3d
http://www.misfitcode.com/misfitmodel3d/download.html
I also use object to pie (obj2pie) converter this allows me to convert either to pie2 or pie3 format, it is in the tools/conversion folder
