Thanks, me too :)
We're currently trying to push forward, finishing some stuff, so that we can finally make an actual release.

Pretty much finished the modelling. Experimented with some kind of exhaust pipe thingy at the rear, I think it turned out pretty ok.

Finished the texture, 512x256
I also managed to get better texture filtering as well as hardware antialiasing in blenders viewport.

Thank you guys :)
I finally managed to do the repair turret texture this morning.... Used a lot of gradients to get a stainless steel/aluminum look.

Can't really pop out for too long without missing out on some great modelling/texturing work. Very cool stuff, pretty much all of it is grade A artwork :D

I will say though, I suspect the Heavy Hover could use something to make it look a bit more beefy, compared to the medium hover. Maybe make the cylindrical vents protrude more to the front or back (or both) so they get a bit more of that turbine look?

Regardless, they look really good :)

Thank you rider.. I'm not entirely sure what you mean with the cylindrical parts protruding, but since It was an easy thing to do without changing texturing etc. I experimented with a thicker turbine part. What do you think?
Also, finished the light tracks tonight ;)

Hmm looks like the tracks and turret are too big for the body :P

I think the problem might be that the original viper model is essentilly just a bounding box of the model from the cutscenes, which means that the more detailed model looks smaller overall, just like it does in the videos.

Well the repair turret is way too big for the back of the body. It is starting to come over the hump even
