Create Higher Resolution Video

By today's standard sequences.wz is a low resolution video.
How about using ffmpeg to use pixel art scaler hq2x, or hq3x, or hq4x
to resize the video.
Pixel art scalers actually add info to images or videos.
Hqx seems to be the best pixel art scaler.
Once scaled up, it can be scaled down to say 1024x768.

As for size one can use H.264/HEVC code OR H.265/HEVC code to
keep the higher resolution video way lower than 941.661 mb
