This is a low vertex model ..
some texture does not look pretty good .. but I'll try to do better in the next file when I have the time and new ideas ..
Any suggestion?
And please, no comments unless you're a serious and experienced in modeling ..

Polycount? Because that doesn't exactly look like "low polycount" (hence low vertexes amount).
It also looks a way too much "alienish".

Looks quite organic (or "alien", as Alpha93 described it) . New race, perhaps?
As for technical notes:
Polycount looks like "medium poly", around 10 000 - 20 000 triangles if I guess right. This is still a bit high for warzone, at least if we still want it to run on old computers. Don't worry too much about that though, you can always make it a hi-poly and use it as a base for a lower-poly model.
As you said there's some texture stretching and some very low-res areas. This is a typical problem one encounters when reusing existing textures.
What I suggest you work more on is the smoothing groups. It will make the lighting look much better.
