metro style icon

can anyone make wz icon in metro style, the icon would look cartoonist and not 3d. something like new skype or google chrome icon. i want to put it in start screen but current icon aren't blending in with other icon :(.

Would help if you uploaded a screenshot so people could see what your other icons look like.

mostly just transparent image with a color or 2
