does this version, have a cheat mode?

yes... it has been the same as all since 2.0 came into being.


make a short cut - in that shortcut you place  --cheat    at the end of the target string.  see the wikki for more info on that


and when in game go first to the key map section in the options menu.  when there - click several times on the garbage can icon.  just to make sure.  exit back to main menu.  exit game.    restart game get into campaign or skirmish multiplayer.    push the shift and back space keys at the same time.  a notice will appear in the upper left corner pertaining to your now cheating or something to that effect.

now you can enter any of the cheat codes.... see the wikki for these.

or  you can push      ctrl o    not zero but the letter OH!!!      this will give you a menu.  units / structures  etc.... your best bet is to stay in the units and structures menus... the others may crash.    be aware that if you have no power and you have used up all your resources - you cant choose either units or structures... these require constant resources. ;D
