The Nexus super flame artillery

Hello. I'm sure you have noticed the one of a kind flame artillery on the last mission of the nexus campaign which is located in the final nexus base. You can't build it, not even in mutiplayer. Does anyone have any information on it? Can you build it in any way? Any pictures?

Seems like a cool unit to have and it must be in the games files.

The NEXUS plasma artillery is only available through debug mode, and cannot be built any other way. However, I believe the model is reused for the plasma cannon, which isn't classified as artillery but still a very powerful weapon. Just ask Black Project. :3

Ah cool. Do you know of any maps which feature it?

I'd say the plasma artillery and the plasma cannons use separate and unique models, although they share the same texture space.
I once (I think it was in 2002 or something) played a custom map where you had it as a pre-built defensive structure.

thats right.

And by the way, "Warzone 2100 - Nexus Total War" got this Weapon :3.
Just research the Lasertechnology to the end and have fun.

Haha I played that map where you have two of those things at every entrance. Things slow the game down to a crawl :)

Still, if it was hardcapped to ONE and was at the end of a tree it could fit into mutiplayer (or more importantly skirmish) I'm sure. By that time everyone should have heavy bodies and armour.

Also, the playstation version is a lot more impressive on the looks but not in power. I only played this version recently, the PS1 is most of my experience. On the PS1, the plasma artillery fires flames and only has the range of a mortar pit. It looks like a big grey body with a grey plasma cannon one top.
