"Beta 7" vs "Beta VII"

Other talk that doesn't fit elsewhere.
This is for General Discussion, not General chat.

Campaign levels should be named more like...

"Beta 7"
17
55%
"Beta VII"
14
45%

"Beta 7" vs "Beta VII"

This is the number one reason why I think we should refer to them [campaign levels] as Beta VII, etc.

Straw poll! Is this an awesome idea?

I do believe that by using Roman Numerals the confusion would be eliminated
and also, it looks pretty hardcore/ badass
My game handle is McCallister. I play mostly from 7pm -10pm Eastern Time. My WZ server is called "Good Times Server"

It wouldn't fit a game like WZ.

KukY has a point. Roman numerals are a bit ... retro.

Yes, that is what I thought.
Other then that, it's a pretty good idea.

I actually like "Beta Seven". Or maybe β-VII... Do we know if everyone understands roman numerals?

I suggest that instead of "Beta VII" we use multiple variations of my name.

Beta 7 = Beta IceFireFire
It's a good idea.

In all seriousness though the roman numerals is the way to go. That or try to avoid having so many beta releases that this actually becomes a problem.

Um, Beta 1 is the name of a mission. Are you suggesting we have zero beta releases? And zero alpha releases? O_o
