I recommend a Forum for Introduction of new Users. Who votes for it?
This Forum still looks like a pure Developer-Forum and a neutral Work Place - not very User-friendly and not Community-like IMHO...
Or is it just me who likes it colorful?

I'd use "General Feedback" for that, and rename it to "Website and Community" or something similar.
