opengl game wont open 3.1.0

I am having trouble getting my game to start, my system cores are Celeron (r) dual core 1.90ghz and my display adapter is an mobile intel (R) 4 series express chipset family (Microsoft corporation - WDDM 1.1) I really love this game and I don't have the money to upgrade, I have played wz2100 since the ps1 days and I would highly appreciate some help with this issue.

Maybe the game is taking it's time opening Plus try searching for the website of the developer that made this computer and search the drivers
if your computer is not listed on supported that means well you need a new computer
anyways what version of opengl do you have? warzone 2100 uses opengl 2.0
if you using the opengl 1.0 versions for your graphics well your outta luck
