I think it has something to do with legs texture animation...
I can bet that if shadows were on, you could've seen shadow of whole cyborg.

Lag is probably out of question, as there were no players with ping >100. So it was either cheat or sync issue or Something Strange Totally Out Of Space :)

My cyborgs in 2.3 B11a seems have no issues with missing Body GFX (bodies are shown)

They showed all their components, both walking or not and with shadows on/off

!!This never happens to your own cyborgs!!
By the way, i have a screenshot of dying half-cyborgs:

When they die, they drop a "green" weapon similar to those in the design screen!

Do you have checked out the stderr.txt after you have played the game with the missing body GFX bug?

Copy and paste all it's content in a post, or simply attach the file

The stderr.txt it's in the main folder of Warzone (Not Warzone 2100 2.3 folder!)

You played with Mefi & Makaveli?
Mefi always sees potential cheaters everywhere :). But well, that was what he saw. How was that from your perspective? You destroyed the wall, or it wasn't there? He claims that 'teleport killed him' ;)
yes i did and for me was all normal. destroyed 1 wall + 2 or 3 defensens and went in.

I've also seen the cyborgs without bodies, when I saw it though it was an entire army a team member had.

Heavy repair turret is still available before repair turret is researched.

The new balance is great! Cannons are useable, it's amazing! The HPV earlier in game is a great counter the range of the lancer and the cannons seem to be playing well balanced compared to rockets now.
Full of ideas - Most are probably useless. Feel free to ignore them :)

In the Changelog, HPV is referred to as now being a penetrating weapon - what does that mean exactly?

Minor note: the application icon for the Mac OSX application seems to be a bit messed up with 2.3 beta 11a. I'm not quite sure what is going on; the initial download looks fine but once copied I just get the generic application icon.
