Nice idea. I suggest an Option for when creating Games to choose between "Common Energy Reservoir" (or "Team Energy Reservoir") and "Seperated Energy Reservoir" - first one is your Idea and second Option is just like it is for now. And i suggest the same for the Researc...

Put the .wz-Files just directly into /Warzone 2100/maps/and they will get loaded inside the Game.
Note: If you put a Map into this Folder which a Map-Pack inside the Folder already contains, the Map will get loaded twice.
