Do the AI build VTOLS? Ive noticed using this mod that they wont. Even you attack them with VTOLS.

Ive been using AIVolution since the latest BETA and none of the AI Players ever seem to build VTOLS. They will just build a masive army and attack me. Then if they dont kill me they will just sit in the base and do nothing.
