I have a slight suggestion for the super cyborg;
Perhaps make it more like a mech, with the cockpit in the main body/legs. The arms are too far apart for a regular person to reach them.

Maybe use some inspiration from the WH40k universe;

I tend to agree with Corporal Punishment, but have an alternate weapon placement suggestion;
How about an over the shoulder mount like Warmachine, Preditor or a Mad Cat mk II?

I'm getting a sort of Doom Guy vibe from the hi-poly torso/head pic.
If you need more details for the cyborgs, check out some of the ingame FMV's.

Vehicles can't 'run over' tank traps.
They may look like spikes, but they're based on real things that were designed to stop tanks (hence the name).
