Re: Flame problems
have you extracted the folder from the zip to somewhere on your computer?
have you clicked the "Add" button once in the tilesets section and then again in the object data section, then navigated to the extracted folder and selected it?

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
tux112, is memory usage by FlaME.exe unusually high before it crashes? You can check in task manager under processes, after pressing ctrl+alt+delete. Merowingg, to copy objects with the map... you can do it at the same time as you paste the terrain. All you have to do is go to the Paste Options next...

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
For 1.24 I have allowed the code that was causing that problem to be bypassed. There's a chance it will lead to more errors though. You will probably notice that you're command center tank makes a warning and doesn't look right. I haven't got the editor to load non-turret sensors properly yet. You c...

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
It will do that if you have more than one empty line at the end of assignweapons, or if you edited it with windows notepad. If it isn't either of those things, uploading the files will help to find out what's wrong.

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
The first post is updated to 1.23. I found that the way VB converts data to and from text can vary with your system's location settings. There's a chance some people using 1.20, 1.21 or 1.22 who are not using default English language settings could get corrupted output in their maps or settings file...

Re: a single mission
The bug is in Warzone itself, not the mission. It could be worked around by not using the broken template arrays, but I based the whole AI on them, so the answer is probably never (unless the devs fix it in 2.3.9).zany wrote:when will this be fixed for saving?

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
There's a bug in the Windows installer version that stops FlaME from starting if you have an old settings file in My Documents\.flaME from 1.19 or earlier.

Hold down Ctrl and press one of the numbers (not on the keypad).
Incase you missed them, the controls are on the third post of the first page.

Re: a single mission
Odd. It works fine for me. There could be a difference with how Linux loads mods.
It might work if you make a new base.wz and put the contents of the mod in it.
