Re: Warzone 2100 2.1 Delayed Until Q1-2008

To be honest I couldn't believe it was Christmas so fast, so I can wait a few more weeks...

... as long as it's not TOO long.  ;)

Re: Complete;y uninstall map or mod

Same thing happened to me, when I made maps for warzone 2100.
Whenever I would test my compilations, and removed them, the name would remain.

So I had like 5 of the same map on my list, and couldnt really tell the difference, even though I had only one of those files in the map directory.

weird.  :o

Re: HP bars & unit display. Vote topic.

Yes. Devs should to remove (replace with something other) displaying unit picture in MP statistic window. Yes, it should definetly be replaced with something else. It's a very cheap method of finding out what your opponent is doing. Let's say, you're deciding to build a massive army, and check to s...

Re: Empty game list after clicking "Lobby" - Version 2.0.8

Any game you host, will appear in the lobby, regardless.

The one who joins has the option to either look through "whats supposed to be" a giant list of servers in the lobby, or can narrow it downto IP address.

though i dont think we'll ever see a "giant list of servers"  :-\

Re: Game is running ridiculously slow (main menu also)

Here we go... - Ran Half-Life : Blue Shift in OpenGL, crashed as soon as I hit apply. - Turned off Aero: No change. - 32 bit color was already on. - --window only made it even slower. - I already updated my video card drivers but nothing happened, and for some reason updating my MONITOR drivers actu...

Re: Game is running ridiculously slow (main menu also)

Well i had the same problem, but i just updated my monitor driver, but it did little to improve my gameplay.

all it did was increase the framerate by 2 times, but its still rather slow.

it still goes at about 4 or 5 fps...  :-[

Game is running ridiculously slow (main menu also)

I have seen the FAQ for this problem, but it just doesn't make any sense. First of all, it was running fine when my computer ran Windows XP. But then, once I installed Windows Vista, it started running ridiculously slow, at like 2 FPS both menu screen and in-game. I have tried turning off shadows, u...

This happens to me also.
All you have to do is save, exit warzone, and reload the save file, and it should be normal from then on (on that specific save file)

Re: replacing(re-designing) turrets

lmfao. it's a whole process, trust me. first of all, you need to have pretty good skill in using 3D Modelling software such as Blender. second of all, you need to know how to export it to PIEslicer or Pie Toaster. (.pie is the default model filename for models on warzone2100) And if you're planning ...
