Windows will just update it for you when you install it from the Windows app store.

If you mean the WZ2100 game config file you probably encountered https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2100/issues/2510 by messing with invalid structures in a mod before a mid-4.2 release.

Yes, we use Sourceforge to provide the campaign videos and releases. So you are fine. You can also get releases through our GitHub https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2100/releases.

Yes, that is intentional. Campaign was totally rebalanced with the merging of the "camBalance" project around 4.1.0-beta1 and then minor tweaks with two other releases after for Beta/Gamma. The changelog for camBalance spans into 1000+ lines so it's not included but you can find that in ou...

You are not imagining things. We finished our rebalance project of the campaign and merged it into the game around the release of 4.1.0. The original balance is lost to source changes over the years... hence why the never touched stats were really bad by the time 3.2.0 came out. It wouldn't be worth the effort unfortunately. We've taken measures against the things you've posted about after discussions. For Alpha 9 I removed forced movement regrouping on the transporter units. Assuming it is inner-base issues. The configuration directory can be quickly accessed by going into Options in the Main Menu and clicking the link in the lower left corner of the blue widget area. Autosaves were implemented since somebody randomly made them, not for difficulty reasons. Used to be just a few versions ago you had to manually save and if you messed up and didn't save you could very well lose a lot of progress. Still need to display an "autosaving" message... some peopl...

Any updates on this? I'm browsing the windows apps folder and am unable to locate my savegames and mp maps folder. Nothing on the wiki or in the search either.

People failing Gamma 1 is nothing new. From past observations, they usually don't know the basics of weapon effectiveness, or, are simply using obsolete tech.
