Hard to do if you've already reached the limit for the number of factories you can build ;Delio wrote: build an additional factory for producing trucks and other sort of things and you don't have to disturb the supply factory.

Re: Cannot run on archlinux
OK.... 1st: Is there a special reason you've set "--prefix=/usr"? Most Linux admins (myself included) will tell you that "/usr/local/" is a good place for self-compiled and third-party programs not included in your distro. Warzone2100 also defaults to this if "--prefix"...

Re: Idea for Commander Group Supplies
all though you CAN sort of queue units when a factory is assigned to a commander. as factories will wait untill the commander has romm for them before building the unit Being able to tell the commander you want say 6 lancers, 4 heavy cannons and 2 heavy machine guns in the group and to order replace...

Re: Beta-testers for campaign needed
DEBUG!! Otherwise any crash reports are next to useless as the don't have the info the devs need to fix the problems. Also the debug version has extra crashes (well asserts actually) that happen if something starts doing something it shouldn't, or has an unexpected value. This is to help the devs fi...

Re: backing up saved games
Yea just copying the savegame folder is all you have to do. But saved games are NOT guaranteed to work with different versions of WZ, for example saves from the current stable version 2.0.10 will not work with the current version in beta 2.1-beta1, beta2 and beta3 (when its released) this is because...

Re: How to do cheat mode
Just stick to the straight and narrow :) Regards, Freddie. Yea, what he said... Unfortunately the cheats in Warzone2100 are still in pretty much the same state as they were when the source code was first released, and like much of the old code is in need some TLC. The cheats are highly unstable and...

Re: Double Weapon : Bug abus or graphical bug
Too many bugs in the code I think, and the devs aren't happy with it... Plus it looks as UGLY as sin... So I guess until someone redoes the PIEs, and/or the devs have time to go through the code properly and design/decide how they want multi-turrets to work, we may have to say bye-bye for now to mul...

Re: Nightly build of the development trunk
No its the new mod auto-loading functionality, no more having to load each mod with the command line, just drop them in to the relevant directory and WZ will load them for you!

Re: Nightly build of the development trunk
I think its not included in the installer because a) not everyone might want it, and b) to keep the file size down. As for the installer putting it in the wrong folder.... see the entry in the svn log: r4604 | muggenhor | 2008-04-14 17:15:29 +0100 (Mon, 14 Apr 2008) | 6 lines Add the ability for aut...

Re: Saved games wont load, they crash Warzone
Hmmm... I can't believe nobody has directed Shaniah it take a look at the Compile Guide in the wiki yet... While the Linux Compile Guide is geared towards Ubuntu, and the QuesoGLC compile guide looks to be a strange mix-match of Debian base and Ubuntu, they can be followed and if you have at least s...

Re: Crash in Campaign Mission Beta 6 ("Destroy Reactor")
Could this be similar to the crash reported in " Campaign crash? " by ChronoSphere ? Both crash due to what looks like missing/corrupt cyborg templates It is a problem with cyborg templates, not a cheat problem. There was a bug which made WZ use templates it was not supposed to use. This p...
