I believe people should be allowed to be silly and discuss silly things. The problem is that people who are far too busy already occupy themselves with what they don't enjoy. Wow! what an introduction. Definitely lots of history I'm missing here.
But I'm still not understanding exactly what's stuttering. I know that when scrolling constantly to one direction, the screen seems to kinda stutter once a second or so. Is that it?

themac, can you explain what the stuttering is that you refer to? Something to do with the camera perhaps? I'd love to know more. The actual applying of the effect would be in weapons.js, ie. it will be fully moddable. But, I am not hearing any feedback from developers WRT the implementation approach. I need more ...

do you mean the depth buffer? I presume it would be needed though ... I'm not an expert and you're getting dangerously close to my area of incompetence

When you say discarding, do you mean like, sending out?
