Old AA mod

Behold, my first mod for Warzone! I call it the "Old AA" mod, basically it's a snapshot of the multiplayer data from 2.3.4 for those of you that prefer the old AA system to the new one. So far I haven't figured out how to streamline the mod so that it affects only AA; I should probably get that done...

O_o We already have at least 10! With a community this small and based on an open-source game we're probably approaching the maximum size...

seems the cyborg transport is better suited, although , it could use maybe an update, just expand it ... make it a bit larger seeing as no one liked the other transport as it was ... too chunky?? dunno... :hmm: What!? I liked the original unit transport! :P Changing the GFX to the tank transport in...

The problem with making them their own faction is that besides the novelty they'll be useless. it would be either all scavenger tech or no scavenger tech. As for multiplayer, I'm talking scavs vs. scavs, like BP's old Scavenger Mod that you can't find anymore since it's not compatible with 2.3.x. H...

Since I've been recruited by kracker, I might as well introduce myself. I'm a decent player, I guess, but I get owned in 1v1s. :lol2: Also, I think low-oil is more strategy-oriented than high-oil, which is why you see me always ranting against NTW and Squared clones. :P

So in summary thgins is good idea BUT it needs to work on it I think you're missing the point. We are giving scavengers increased capability. They will be very, very weak after T2, of course, but that's an inherent thing that should not be changed. If you are going to integrate scavengers as a play...

If we make the transports vulnerable to AA fire like my proposal, a few AA guns with decent upgrades will tear those transports to pieces. :twisted:

Keep it, or add it in as mod support. By the time transports are available HMG will be more of an annoyance than a mega-powerful 1337 destruct0r weapon anyway. ;)
