Commanders still do damage with those emp beams. Their damage should be increased a bit, to match the machine gun, though. Yeah, the reason they do a miniscal amount of damage is because weapons are not allowed to do 0 damage, personally id rather see more durable commanders than heavily armed comm...

Yep, it appears the Command Relay Center was supposed to receive modules as to what they would of done ive no idea. in fact i think the PIE file(s) of the Command Relay Center with modules were liberated with the source as well some of the PIE files for the advanced research labs.

UAC = User Account Control, I Don't recommend turning it off, the only other advice i can give is to update all your drivers and perhaps try running warzone in compatibility mode. Those are the 3 main things ive had to do to get various games and other programs working under vista.

Im using Vista home premium 32, and warzone runs fine.

Although i did have a similar problem with half life 2 it was choppy as hell until i turned UAC off and changed to windows classis desktop theme.

A building limit of 1-2 reactors per player would help to alleviate this issue.
Also if the reactor does explode it should create a large radius EMP effect for additional insult to injury.

Perhaps, but you would have to then remove the TwinAssaultGun from MP as well.  I can't imagine the carnage a weapon with the base damage of the T-A-G would do after receiving 9 damage upgrades; even the basic AssaultGun, in the SP campaign, could rape everything but a Vengeance tank.
