Looks cool. The "pipes on top of the hull" interpretation is visually quite nice, although one might of course ask what they are supposed to be. Anyway, I think the rule of cool applies here :) One suggestion from me would be to try and integrate some similar parts and the same colour scheme for bot...

So far we have been managing without alpha for the base plates. Cnceo did a few iterations with alpha but he ended up going back to the traditional format. It does give you more freedom and I actually kinda liked the bases with alpha, but if it complicates rendering, I don't think we need it. Non-sq...

Hi, thanks for compiling all the goodies into one place :)
Adding some more goodies I made with blender's new Eevee engine. It's a modern realtime engine with all the fancy shaders from the latest videogames.

Hi The current animation script doesn't allow for any kind of deformation animation. If you make each arm segment as a separate object you can drive them using an armature or any other kind of animation and export it using my blender script. Just notice that you need to move the actual object rather...

Have you tried --mod=mod_cartoon-master.wz and just putting the mod straight into your mods folder?

If all else fails, you can just create a folder called autoload in the mods folder and throw it there.

Hi, thank you for your interest.
The thing is, shader definitions have changed and I have not really had the time to rewrite the code. I made an attempt a while ago but something was still bugging. You should be able to run it with shaders off, but that will of course look a bit flat and boring.

Making new videos is not so easy it seems. The ones we have now are the original files in their original resolution.

One word: Don't.

WZ already has perfect AA.
4k OGSSAA would kill your performance and give you a result equivalent to the 4x AA setting, i.e. not so good.

@Yome-- I wouldn't like to override the contributions by other artists, but feel free to fork it as you wish. Have you ever used svn or other version control software? Access to our repository is open, and if you have a sourceforge account, I could even give you commit rights ;)

I like the night feel of these textures, and overall, very high quality. The cliffs are still maybe a tiny bit too big though, at least when compared to the overall scale of units and buildings. Also, I liked the slightly irregular outlines of building bases, how come you took them away? :)
