Most of the levels are really easy with no timer. You basically never lose (even on hard) to the enemy droids. The only thing that can make you lose is the timer. The campaign will need to have enemies that can actually destroy you rather than just delay your inevitable winning of each level.

Whichever level I play with DyDo skirmish AI mod enabled, when I try to design a multi-turret body tank, as soon as I click to add the second turret, it always crashes the game to desktop. All levels, all the time, with DyDo AI mod enabled.

Why not give base structures a (normal, not heavy) MG? I suppose it would be useful to stop anyone from research rushing towards anything specific, though. I'm considering bringing them back for that reason only, but I have a feeling people would hate that. On many maps, there just isn't room for extra structures like that... Just an educated guess but it would seem to be sensible and explain why they were not implimented. The point is not that a fortress is invincible but it is too strong for the cost. To destroy a fortresses cost effectively, the only thing to do is artillary, which leads to boring artillary wars. Some weaknesses: Light cannon bunker is a waste of power and DyDo shouldn't research this at all. DyDo VTOL AI is very weak and very easy to beat. For speed, there's engine upgrades. For HP, there's alloy upgrades. We don't need even more upgrades for speed or HP, and there's nothing else about propulsions that are in any way upgradable.
