Warzone should be CPU-limited on any modern GPU. To verify, open 'top' to see that CPU load is at 100% when you have less than 60fps (ie not vsync limited). The worst offender is the shadows drawing, so turn that off if you have problems. If turning off shadows doesn't help, then post your savegame...
