I dont know what disks do you have but...
download virtual disks from original game. install Virtual drive app like Alcohol 120%, or UltraISO.
warzone2100.pro/wzfile/ - isoes are there. patch 1.10 is inside first CD. I think.

its possible. But nobody currently willing to do that. There are a lot of work other than that. May be in far future.

There is a tutorial in the main menu. Try complete it. It teaches you some basic machanics.
