YES, problem was the language! I used russian. After i use english everything is ok.

There is a bug on 2.1 stable under vista 64x. For example in skirmish game if i try to F4(design)>new desing>body cobra>half-tracks>any weapon game crashed without any errors.

But the thing is i can not create ticket because bug disappeared somewhere

Using 2.1 stable on vista 64x.
FOr example after i start skirmish, begin to construct new type of unit. I just chose body, wheels and when i push on some weapon for new unit - game crashes with out any errors.

when wqill be publick realize of 2200?
