Re: Units assigned to commander won't retreat at heavy damage
That sounds really good. Another question, is there a reason that experience is queued in the order of recycling as opposed to by rank?

Re: Units assigned to commander won't retreat at heavy damage
Thanks for the info, I'll try it out (though I am wondering if it causes the units to be disassociated from the commander).

Re: Units assigned to commander won't retreat at heavy damage
You would want to be able to select individual units in a variety of situations. You may want to peel a couple of tanks off to halt a flank attack, or to set up an ambush/take advantage of terrain. Or, perhaps you are in an away mission, repair tanks have died and you really don't want that low-heal...

Re: Units assigned to commander won't retreat at heavy damage
Could it be put on a to-do list to make it easier to select individual units, tell them to do something independently of the command group, but still stay affiliated with the commander? Triple click could work very nicely. Its just that sometimes you want certain units in certain places, and as thin...

Re: Units assigned to commander won't retreat at heavy damage
Actually, since that we are talking about fixing commanders, I have some suggestions. Can it be arranged so that you only select the entire commander's group when you click on the commander itself? Can it be easier to unassign units from a commander? Perhaps add a button to the commander control pan...

Re: Units assigned to commander won't retreat at heavy damage
Could it have something to do with having the units assigned to the commander having their own hotkeys? I only think of this because I was able to get them to behave properly and it coincided with a re-working of hotkey assignment.

Re: Units assigned to commander won't retreat at heavy damage
I'm in the same situation, except I am playing the campaign. So sad to see units I shepherded for so long just go like lemmings...
