Is it possible that my Compaq CRT monitor - 2 yrs old - will not accept 1280x1024 res.?

get rid of 204 it is buggy. 205 rc1 is a lot more stable. my desktop shortcut is below - your path may be different.


"C:\Warzone 2100_205_rc1\warzone2100.exe" --mod grim.wz --fullscreen --viewport 1280x1024


I figured out to run the program with this command line, but the screen remains 7.75 ...

Same specs as post on same problem w/ WZ 2.0.4

Warzone 2100 ver. 2.0.5

Windows XP Home

2.7 GHZ Celeron/512 SDRAM/"standard system devices"

No configuring done

Image on 17" CRT display is only 7.5" x 6"


When I go to the command prompt and try to change directories to the Warzone 2100 directory ...

I am having the same problem - getting the same mesage when I try to run 2.0.4. ("failed to initialize properly 0xc015002)")

I tried downloading VisualCC++2005 Redistibutable Package x86. No help.

I am running XP Home on a Presario.

I did not have WZ installed on this machine before clicking on ...
