Re: The legit Music Sticky thread
Can someone tell me who made this track? It was part of the Warzone 2100 Legacy build. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_VUG6x5Uao That track is La symphonie du vide by David Schombert (aka neos) L'aurore, Chocolat, Down, Esperance, Indy and La symphonie du vide were all part of N.E.W.S.T.'s 1.11 u...

Yeah, it's not a real folder http://i.imgur.com/5otBek0.png but you can see the exact path of the actual folder by selecting the address bar http://i.imgur.com/CM2kC6D.png or looking at the properties of the folder http://i.imgur.com/2XumXPQ.png

Re: Pixel artists... awaken!
Would now be a good time to replace the logo on the credits screen with the new logo?
Edit: Cleaned up the blurry bit on the left.

Re: [Campaign 4] Release & Development topic
It's on the right of the main code view: http://imgkk.com/i/76-a.png Unfortunately, it downloads <project name>.zip whereby the highest level inner folder is <project name>, I don't think that can be changed. You can of course just extract that folder and zip it, or load the mod as the folder itself...

Re: Odd 'hi-res' wheels
Here you go, this should work.
Each one has been run through simplipie (thanks per) and I then changed the TYPE to 10200 as per http://developer.wz2100.net/wiki/PIE_format
Here's a link to the FAQ if you're new to installing mods: http://developer.wz2100.net/wiki/NewFAQ ... Iinstallit

Re: Odd 'hi-res' wheels
I'm not exactly sure when they were added, but 2.3.9 doesn't appear to contain them. You could grab the wheel .pie files from https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2100/tree/2.3/data/base/components/prop (any of the files *whl#.pie) I don't think team colours will work on these models as the teamcol...

Re: Odd 'hi-res' wheels
I redid the wheels quite some time ago: http://forums.wz2100.net/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=2529 Initially it was just the wheels for heavy bodies as I thought that they looked really ugly. These days, there is a lot of far more impressive work going into redoing models and textures. You can find most...

Re: Mysteryem's Addons, Newest: 4c-NovaTown
There, I cleaned up a load of the links and images. As stated in the first post, the best place to get all my maps is from http://addons.wz2100.net/ and searching for maps made by me ( http://addons.wz2100.net/?author=Mysteryem ) OutskirtsM also seems to be up to a 4.0 rating now O_o I guess it make...

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
That's just something that happens normally. This occurs fairly often when you order a bunch of units to go close to a cliff. You can see 3 trucks here that have been pushed up against the edge of the cliff. Units can sometimes do this on their own if their pathfinding makes them do it. http://imgkk...

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
Any tiles which you specify as cliff-face tiles cannot be travelled over by units (aside from VTOLs). The angle does not matter, a completely flat cliff-face still cannot be driven over. All of the trucks in this image are trapped assuming you have set tile 27 to the cliff-face type like I showed in...

Re: FlaME -- The Warzone 2100 Map Editor
It should look like this in FlaME (though using your chosen tile instead of this one):
Then, in-game, units won't try to go up/down them.
It will still look like it does in your picture though.

Re: Mysteryem's Addons, Newest: 4c-NovaTown
Hmm, I noticed that my 2c-OutskirtsM map's rating has changed from 5.0 to 3.5. It had been at 5.0 for a while, so either there have been a few recent ratings or, fairly likely, someone rated the map 2.0. If someone did rate the map 2.0, it would be nice to hear why they chose such a low score. The c...

Well, on further inspection it would appear that there were indeed parts of 4c-pyramidal that I forgot to finish. Glad its been fixed either way.

Re: Where to find a PIE editor?
I have been unable to find VM software that supports Direct3D7 which, if I remember correctly, is what is used by pie slicer.vexed wrote:You could also install win 95 on a VM, and use that to run that program.
