I may use some of the sounds for a HTML5 game, so everything is open anyway and easily accessible via browser.
So, does this also count when i modify the file? Like i have a sound... And stretch it or put some effect on top of it, i have to provide the original file when someone asks?

Under which license is Warzone 2100 released under?
Maybe i'm blind but i can't find anything showing under which license Warzone 2100 is released under. Can someone tell me or point me into the right direction? :| I'm especially about the audio files, because i'm in search for nice sounds for my HTML5 game and some of the wz2100 ones would be cool. ...

Re: TrenchWar, Map
I especially like the second one, the BB map. But you should make the terrain higher, it all looks to flat.

Include https://flattr.com -Buttons. The old "donation"-system never was user-friendly. People are more willing to give something at all when it is as easy as one simple click with flattr - everyone i know who uses this service, including myself, can witness this. Might give you several ad...

Nice.
One recommendation: Add categories for maps themselves. Like "symmetrical, natural" and please: Let me filter out those NTW maps.

Re: Warzone 2100: Contingency (Beta now released)
Nice mod i must say. I think the sound effects are so much better than the original ones. Finally the machine guns actually sounds like machine guns, and the minirockets also sound very nice. :) I noticed just two bad things: 1) Because you implemented so many towers, the building list gets huge ver...

Re: Virus maps
If it isn't supposed to be a 2vs2 team map it's asynchronicity results in shorter ways on the left and on the right side between the players. You should remake this map and make it perfectly squared - but down and not left. Otherwise it's a nice concept. I like the "mountain" in the middle...

Finally. The long-awaited next stable. Good work everyone! I'm happy that this game didn't die when Pumpkin Studios was bought. And i'm sure Open Source will someday rescue the whole world. :) Too bad that other games with unique principals more or less died (more or less, because they are still pla...

Re: Map generation
Please continue this. I would love to see this some day included inside the game to be able randomly create maps directly inside the game at the create game-screen. Other players wouldn't even have to download the map from the player (since it's no .wz-file) but just grab the parameters of the chose...

I wonder why not everyone experienced that problem.Fix: Reduce unit delay by 200 ms (f36cb966ce)
Anyway - yay! You made the game playable (to me) again.
