It is a problem, since we don't know who made it. If it was 100% Edios / pumpkin, then, it should be OK. If it was some 3rd party, then, we got problems. And for the license, I got them from an original PS1 CD, so I suppose it's under the same license... The game is now open source, so I don't know if the license is still a problem ?
