This guide is automatically built from the json files of the game.
I picked up a copy of this manual with data from version 3.3.0 on my own:

But he is only in Russian. Multilingualism was added very strange and I could not activate it.

The entire guide is accurate up to the 3.1 series so, yes, there is likely to be wrong information somewhere. Although, to what extent, I don't know.

I'm just curious if the guide is up to date because I'm seeing discrepancy between stats there and in-game stats for weapons, specifically rate of fire and damage.
