I'm guessing if they were out of power, all the timings would change, and for a casual player they might not realize this.

Yet another of a long list of reasons why I don't like power flow.

Which version are you comparing against? Some stuff might have been fps dependent before (i.e. fast computers build faster).

I guess I'm wrong, sorry.
I'm talking about the build in this thread. I recognized after I've built a module on a factory, the progress of the vehicle will go back to 0% again. Is that a bug or not?

whenever I try to open a saved game the game crashes and get me a window saying open the RTP document for more information.
