Re: The future of Warzone
You mean like an ingame screenshot? Or maybe more like a screenshot from a cutscene or something?

Re: The future of Warzone
No I mean like a close up render of some models like in this thread I think it would look nice on the website so as to show detail.

Re: The future of Warzone
Those are really amazing.
(What if we could re-tell the campaign story using such still pictures instead of the current low-res videos?)

Re: The future of Warzone
Hmm, still images are indeed much faster to make than animations, maybe it could be a good idea...

Very Nice! A little resizing and I'll have a new background
In general, if you see glowing, pulsating things in the game, you should click on them.

It's true that subdividing into 4 tiles and smoothing will make the hills look much better, but it would still be good to have some way of controlling the smoothness, since especially in urban maps you might want sharp edges

Made a new wallpaper just for fun, testing out blender's volumetric shading capabilities.
I used various assets, for example mangust's heavy cannon and ground textures (hope you don't mind)
Hope you like it

Re: The future of Warzone
It is really cool. I love the tank and the lighting. The buildings could use some more damage, I think.
