Sound patch (affects error logging/checking)

Update: This has been taken care of.
Normally I'd post this as a ticket, but since I can't do that ( I don't want to forget/lose the patch) I figured that I would post the patch here:

The changes are quite trivial, but if there are questions, a look at the openal programmers guide should clear things up.
Changes are only noticeable when running with the "--debug sound" option.
