That looks pretty good. It should keep the talon-like things of the original truck, though.

I personally think that that looks very good - significantly more fitting to the role.

I especially like how the central strip could theoretically be converted into a light weapon mount.

Would it be much trouble to make a copy where the back end of the truck and the front central section kind of gently sweep inwards on the x axis to produce a hexagonical-like shape when viewed from above?

Hmm, you mean the truck's bed? Give me a few minutes, it should be very easy to edit.

Its just a thought to make the turret slightly streamlined :) The boxy front and back do look fine - but I think that the tilt might just make a difference.

Hmmm, added a interesting effect indeed, about 8 additional polys only.
Which one should I make textures for? The first one, the second one or a third, different one (tell me what to change)?

I guess they could look very different after you'd texture them...
Second version is a bit too rounded for current wz style... but that just a reason to update all other models...
Olrox, can you possibly make a lite version for usual truck? Or remake a texture for it's current model... i'm too tired of it, but my version is too lame...

Hmm interesting but I must apologize as I must not have been clear (you can pass on the blender file if you like).

You know the central ridge where the 'truck carrier' begins and disects the vehicle practically in half?

Take that as the widest point.

Now the back-most part of the vehicle - try to scale it down by 15-20 % on the x axis - producing a straight gentle slope inwards on the x axis - and similarly for the front.

I can make a version of the usual truck, yes. I mean, make a model, as you might know I don't mess with modifying game files, I don't even have WZ installed on my PC anymore. I'll make it so it looks a downgraded version of the first version I made. Also, if I manage to get that All-new Art for Turrets project started, we'll redo most of the turret art, both weapons and systems. Maybe even redo body and propulsion art as well. Or even dominating the whole world :twisted:

I didn't understand exactly what parts you want me to rescale, I'll convert it into .3ds. I work with AutoCAD, it's dwg with solids, therefore it doesn't support mesh editing, just solids editing, and that's very different in many ways. Anyway, I'll have to convert it to texturize it, then I'll post it here along with the textures, ok?
If you want me to send it sooner, send me a PM with your e-mail adress.

Now, to the simple truck!
