I don't know why when I got up this morning I wanted to play. When I started the game up. It started blinking my monitor in and out. I thought I would reinstall it. It didn't fix the issue. Has any one else had this issue or something like it.

I have an AMD R9 270 video card and an AMD FX 6100 6 core. with 16gbs of ram with 2 gbs of vram. This never happen before. It's strange that this happens when I start and end the game. I did see this happen in game play. Just started this morning.

Never had the issue and no idea, but maybe try blowing dust out of the graphics card heatsink? Or check that the monitor cable isn't loose (although you said it's triggered by starting the game, not just random).

both starting and exiting the game. I haven't figured it out yet. I'm still checking into it.
