Headless or dedicated server

I need someone's (possibly per or past-due) help, who could tell me if it is possible to detach the game from the render, and how to do it.

I have created a system of autohosting games by patching client. For those whose ISPs do not give an external IP, because of that these players do not have the opportunity to host the game.
Of course I had to build a few machines with video cards, and because of the #8422 had each machine to allocate an external IP address, it's too resource-intensive for the game warzone2100, I would like to somehow simplify it all.
