Artillery Over Powered yes no

Just a thought to place into the heads of interested parties.
There are many games played that turn of the artillery and a lot say its over powers .
I disagree I think you will find with all the changes to the way game runs and sections of tactics removed that the intent was for it to be like it is but the tanks should not be clustered together as they do.
If formation was introduced you would have your tanks spread further apart and the ground shakes (especial) splash effect would be downgraded to such an extent the artillery might even be called under powered.
So I would ask that formation code be made to fix this issue.
