Linux map editor?

is there a map editor for Linux? I've only found one for windows

Well, later you can help with testing.
Or maybe you could help creating/improving the dialogues. This should be possible for non-programmers, too, since there exist point-and-click designers. ;) (Some of the better designers are afaik wxFormBuilder and wxSmith, which is integrated into Code::Blocks. But you better ask someone who knows about this stuff (i.e. Giel) what exactly is helpful at the moment.)

Have you tried running the editor in wine?  The 32bit version should work ok in it.  Untested, so please, if you do try it, let us know. :)
